As much as I love to eat Lao green papaya salad, I do eat other type of tum now and then. I like to make Tum Khao Poon (ຕໍາເຂົ້າປຸ້ນ) or Lao Rice Vermicelli Noodle Salad for lunch or dinner.
For this particular lunch, there were pork rinds or kiep moo, phak katin and phak bong to go with the noodle salad.
To make a meal more complete, soured pork or som moo ( ສົ້ມໝູ ) was also added to the table. It was a good combination with Tum Khao Poon.
