Som Pa, fermented or soured fish for sale at the Morning Market in Luang Prabang. I was having a craving for Som Pa but didn’t buy it on that particular morning and instead bought Mok Pa to have it for lunch later.
Some people are fond of eating raw soured fish but I like to have it lightly fried with freshly warm sticky rice.
