Orchids for Garden
I went to a plant nursery yesterday for some flowers and herbs to put on my back balcony. While looking for tomato, mint, and coriander, I found Cypripedium reginae (Showy Lady Slipper Orchid). They are quite beautiful and remind me of the wild orchid in Laos with a shape of a slipper.
Red Tulips for my Mama
My Mama’s favorite flower is no other than Dutch Tulip. Her favorite color is red. When I see red tulip, I like to take a picture of the flower. When I have enough photos, I then make a photo CD and send it to her.
Keukenhof Spring Garden
Spring is in full swing here in the Netherlands (Holland). It was a beautiful sunny Monday as I took a stroll through garden full of tulips and other spring blossoms at Keukenhof. I wanted to visit this Spring Garden of Europe in April around Boun Pi Mai Lao (Songkran) for best photo opportunity.

Spring Crocus 2012
Signs of Spring 2012 are becoming more apparent around the neighborhood and the rest of the country. During my lunch walk on Friday I found plenty of Spring Crocus along my walking path. I couldn’t help but to stop and smell the flowers along the way.
